KUALA LUMPUR: Plus Malaysia Bhd said it has taken preventive measures to resolve the glitch at radio-frequency identification (RFID) lanes along the North-South Expressway yesterday.
Plus, in a statement today, said the affected RFID lanes have resumed operation in stages since 8.30pm yesterday.
"Plus would like to apologise to all RFID users for the device disruption that occurred yesterday.
"The root cause of the technical glitch has been identified through a thorough investigation.
"We have taken the necessary preventive measures to avoid recurrence of such incidents," it said.
