Plenitude Berhad hopes to entice purchasers to choose one of its six projects in Penang, Kedah, Selangor, or Johor by offering appealing incentives like rebates, free legal fees, and free stamp duty with the introduction of its "Home Sweet Home" campaign.

The projects are The Marin at Ferringhi in Batu Ferringhi Penang; Cello and Harp of Taman Desa Tebrau in Johor Bahru; Diamond of Taman Putra Prima in Puchong, Selangor; Ramlee of Bukit Bintang in Sungai Petani, Kedah; and Magnolia of Impian Hills in Johor Bahru.

Elsie Chua, the non-independent non-executive chairman of Plenitude, urged prospective homebuyers to seize this chance before the campaign period, which expires in March 2023.

"The company is stepping up the homeownership campaign with great offers that will greatly appeal to homebuyers as they can enjoy substantial savings on their home purchases. Our assemblage of bespoke homes ranges from minimalist to lavish designs to meet the needs of modern living with attention to detail and befitting specially designed township living with amenities, great accessibility, strategic locations, spacious landscapes, and green lungs.

"Homebuyers can choose from our list of inspiring and freehold properties across Penang, Kedah, Johor, and the Klang Valley. There is something for everyone, whether it's high-rise residences, single-storey bungalows, or double-storey cluster homes," she said.

The Marin at Ferringhi consists of modern luxury apartments located in the notable Ferringhi area with a view of the Andaman Sea.

The ready-to-move-in units offer spacious layouts with resort-like facilities.

Ramlee in the new mixed development township of Bukit Bintang in Sungai Petani, are freehold single-storey bungalows with only 96 units available and come with massive land size and spacious layouts, said Chua.

"Homebuyers will enjoy peace and quiet in this new low-density township with amenities such as hospitals, hypermarkets, malls, police station, and a golf resort in the vicinity," she said.

Cello comprises two and 2.5-storey terrace houses, while Harp is two-storey cluster and semi-detached houses.

In addition to the special offers, three lucky homebuyers will also stand a chance to win an iPhone 14 Plus, electrical appliance vouchers, and hotel stay vouchers in its monthly draws.

These draws will be held for six months with total prizes worth over RM60,000.
