KUALA LUMPUR: A policeman was charged with four counts of sexual offences, including raping a 17-year-old Uzbekistan girl in a police patrol car last week.
Muhammad Fazrul Razzi Yunus was also charged with committing unnatural sex, carnal intercourse against the order of nature and sexual assault against the same victim near Persiaran Saujana Ampang on Jan 9.
The 31-year-old with the rank of lance corporal pleaded not guilty to all charges at the Sessions court today.
The court set RM20,000 bail for all charges against the accused.
Fazrul, together with another policeman, was then transferred to the magistrate's court to face charges under Section 384 and Section 34 of the Penal Code for extortion.
